Parent Tools is shareware. This concept of "try-before-you-buy" software depends on your support. Please register your copy of Parent Tools to promote further development of this and other excellent programs.

DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply to the terms as they appear in this License:

"The Program ("Program") means the computer programs and documentation included in this package.

"Evaluation Mode" means a version of the Program in which time and feature limits have been imposed.

"Full Functionality Mode" means a version of The Program in which all functions operate with no time limit.

LICENSE GRANT

Ignite Software grants you a nonexclusive license to:

Load the Program onto your computer's storage device from the media provided.

Obtain from Ignite Software registration codes to enable the purchased portion of the Program to run in Full Functionality Mode.

Allow others to run Program in Evaluation Mode, unless or until requested by Ignite Software not to do so.

Registration codes are not transferable. One completed registration purchase is usable for one (1) and only one (1) computer. If you require the Program to run in Full Functionality Mode on more than one computer, then additional licenses must be purchased for each computer that requires the Program to run in Full Functionality Mode.

REFUNDS

Please be aware that once a registration number has been issued, there is no way for Ignite Software to recall or rescind a registration number. Once a registration code has been issued, there is no way for Ignite Software to be guaranteed that the Program has been uninstalled and is no longer being used. No refunds will be given after the initial purchase of the Program.

The whole concept of shareware is that the Program may be evaluated FREE for an extended period of time. This is to ensure that the program is working to satisfaction BEFORE payment is submitted for the program.

LIMITATIONS

You cannot use the Program with the intent to violate any licensing agreements or contracts.

You may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code from all or any portion of the Program or anything incorporated therein or permit or encourage any third party to do so.

Violation of the above-stated rules may result in temporary or permanent revocation of this license and cancellation of the registration codes in the purchased portion of the Program.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

IGNITE SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM. THE END-USER ASSUMES ALL RISK AS TO THE SUITABILITY, QUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM. IN NO EVENT WILL IGNITE SOFTWARE, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE TO THE END-USER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE)

ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM OR ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, EVEN IF IGNITE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IGNITE SOFTWARE'S LIABILITY TO THE END-USER (IF ANY) FOR ACTUAL DIRECT DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL BE LIMITED TO, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL EXCEED, THE AMOUNT ORIGINALLY PAID TO IGNITE SOFTWARE FOR THE LICENSE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Ignite Software does not warrant that the Program will satisfy the requirements of your computer system, or that the Program or its documentation are without defect or error, or that the operation of the Program will be uninterrupted.

No Ignite Software distributor, dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any warranty for the Program.

DISTRIBUTION

Parent Tools for AIM may not be sold and/or re-sold without prior written consent from Ignite Software.

Parent Tools for AIM may be distributed in Evaluation Mode without prior written consent from Ignite Software.

Support is horrible.

Horrible tech support. The software doesn't work. Joe jordon sends me an email saying he is the only tech available. And ignores all future emails. Horrible communications. He closes open tickets. I would not recommend this software.
